Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and clients.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and project coordination.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and customer conversion.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in sales & marketing (preferably in construction, building materials, interiors, or related industries).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle projects independently and deliver results.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
