The Ideal Candidate
We are not looking for just a graphic designer. We want a multi-talented creator who can seamlessly navigate the entire content ecosystem:
Design → Content Creation → Photography/Videography → Video Editing → Social Media Management
Key Responsibilities
🎨 Graphic Designing
- Platform Creatives: Design professional graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Marketing Collateral: Create banners, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Branding: Maintain strict consistency in company branding, visual identity, and asset resizing.
📱 Social Media Management
- Account Handling: Manage, publish, and regularly update all company social media profiles.
- Content Calendar: Plan, execute, and maintain a consistent monthly content calendar.
- Trend Spotting: Research trending topics, audio, and formats relevant to the building industry.
🎥 Content & Reel Creation
- On-Site Shooting: Visit factory and project site locations to capture raw photos and videos.
- Video Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce high-engaging Instagram Reels and short promotional videos.
- Post-Production: Add transitions, trending music, subtitles, text, and basic visual effects.
- Copywriting: Write basic, punchy captions and promotional text for posts.
Required Skills & Tools
Core Skills
- Strong visual sense and creative storytelling
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Ability duly work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Software & Tools
- Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW
- Video Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education: Graduate, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or Advertising.
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
- Location Constraint: Must be based in Agra.
