Job Summary
A Site Supervisor is responsible for monitoring daily activities at the construction and finishing site. The role ensures that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and within the defined timeline.
Key Responsibilities
1- Monitor daily site activities and manage and supervise the workforce
2- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
3- Monitor material usage and maintain stock records
4- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
5- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
6- Maintain daily progress reports and site records, and report to the Head Office (H.O.)
7- Inspect work quality as per defined standards and ensure corrective actions for any deficiencies
8- Assist in work planning and manpower allocation
9- Report project progress to the H.O. and client
Required Skills
1- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering with knowledge of construction work, materials, and safety procedures
2- Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQ
3- Leadership and team management skills
4- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Note: The candidate may be required to work outside Agra as per project requirements.
